Not really, it’s pretty much straight sugar flavoring. Something I like to do when I want chocolate milk is mix a cup of half light chocolate soymilk and half light plain soymilk.

Honestly, I’ve heard the same too. When I drink coffee it’s usually only because I’m desperate and trying to pull an all nighter for an exam. Here are some things I’ve said about coffee in the past~

Probiotics can be helpful for digestion and help prevent some diseases, but I don’t think it’s necessary to add any extra to your diet. You should be getting enough from your diet already from foods like yogurt.

Anonymous asked: should you eat breakfast before or after a morning workout?

It’s hard to run on a full stomach so have something small like an apple before you work out and then have a proper breakfast afterwards.
